How much does shipping cost?

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Not completely in love with your product? We offer an exchange policy if you return the item unworn and unused within 14 days.
Please note you will need to cover postage costs for change of mind items.
Applies to full priced items only.

We offer refunds on faulty products only. If you believe your item to be faulty, please email info@hazelandknox.com.au within 3 days of your order being delivered with an image and description of the issue. We will then assess your request and give you a return number and address to post your item to.

Please note that colours of items may vary slightly depending on your computer or phone. Please send us an email if you have any questions regarding colours or finishes before placing your item if you are unsure.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind or sale items.

Why Haven’t I Received An Order Confirmation?
Please check your Junk mail folder first. Please allow up to 5 hours after purchase time to receive a confirmation email. Your order tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have not received anything after this time please contact us at info@hazelandknox.com.au

Where Is My Order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery times, please check the tracking number that was sent out to you. If you are still unable to locate your parcel please send us an email at info@hazelandknox.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.
